Should I stop taking Alopexy one month after opening the pack?

The dermatologist advised me to use Alopexy four times a week. On the bottle there is information that the shelf life of the preparation is a period of one month from the first opening - after a period of one month I did not use even half of the bottle hence my question - is this preparation after a month not suitable for anything and I should stop using it after this time?
