Can I take one and a half tablets of Lisiprol HCT a day and adjust myself when the pressure is low?

Hi I have been diagnosed with arterial hypertension I took one tablet of Lisiprol HCT 10mg + 12.5mg for a year. After the incident where my blood pressure increased sharply, my doctor increased me to 2 tablets a day, can I take one and a half tablets a day and regulate myself when the pressure is low? I read that the product can cause skin cancer? Best regards

Tabletki leku Lisiprol HCT 10 mg + 12,5 mg nie są przeznaczone do dzielenia, zatem nie może Pani brać 1,5 tabletki dziennie. Bez konsultacji z lekarzem nie można "sobie regulować" dawkowania leku na nadciśnienie. Należy stosować się ściśle do zaleceń lekarza.

Tak, hydrochlorotiazyd zawarty w leku Lisiprol HCT może powodować nowotwory złośliwe skóry i warg (nieczerniakowe nowotwory złośliwe skóry).
