Lek Asertin może zmniejszać skuteczność Euthyroxu i podwyższać poziom TSH. W tym przypadku warto wykonać badania poziomu hormonów tarczycy. Kwestia przyjmowania małych dawek leków jest sprawą bardzo indywidualną dla danego pacjenta, a na metabolizm leków wpływa wiele czynników. Nawet przy małych dawkach leków należy zachować ostrożność i kontrolować poziom hormonów tarczycy.

Jeżeli preparaty zostały przepisane przez różnych lekarzy, to należy ich poinformować o wszystkich przyjmowanych lekach.
