Nie ma przeciwwskazań do łączenia leków Klacid i Xarelto. Należy jednak obserwować swój organizm pod kątem wystąpienia krwawień (np. krwawienie z nosa) - jak podają źródła fachowe, takie połączenie w rzadkich przypadkach może powodować krwawienia (Klarytromycyna może zwiększać stężenia rywaroksabanu w surowicy poprzez hamowanie jego metabolizmu i eliminacji zależnej od CYP3A4 i P-glikoproteiny.)
