Leczenie Anticolem rozpoczyna się po 24-godzinnym okresie abstynencji. Dawka początkowa to z reguły 1 tabletka – 500 mg na dobę, stosowana rano lub wieczorem. Taka terapia trwa zwykle od 1 do 2 tygodni. Następnie stosuje się dawkę podtrzymującą – 250 mg.
Przyjmowanie Anticolu z jedzeniem może zwiększać jego biodostępność. Warto pamiętać, że leczenie ustala lekarz indywidualnie dla każdego pacjenta.
