Mysimba to lek na receptę i nie może być sprzedawany wysyłkowo, niezależnie czy jest to recepta polska, czy zagraniczna. Z papierową receptą wystawioną za granicą można natomiast zgłosić się do apteki i ją zrealizować, pod warunkiem, że spełnia określone wymagania:
