Tak, Diane-35 jest środkiem antykoncepcyjnym, czyli zabezpieczającym przed ciążą. Warunkiem takiej ochrony jest przyjęcie pigułki w pierwszym dniu miesiączki i ich regularne zażywanie - codziennie mniej więcej o tej samej godzinie.
