Wysypka bardzo często spowodowana jest działaniem histaminy i ma podłoże alergiczne. Rupafin to lek przeciwhistaminowy o działaniu przeciwalergicznym, dlatego bardzo możliwe, że wysypka ustąpi po jego zastosowaniu.
