Will I buy a preparation with a similar effect to Xylorin Allergy?

Good morning I can not find drops XYLORIN ALLERGY or is there any product with the same composition and range of action ? Thank you in advance for your reply .

Krople Xylorin Alergia zawierają w składzie olej sezamowy, glicerynę, wit. E oraz aromat miętowy. Wykazują działanie nawilżające. Preparat tworzy na błonie śluzowej barierę uniemożliwiającą wnikanie alergenów.

W aptece dostępne są bez recepty preparaty o podobnym składzie i podobnym zakresie działania. Niestety nie są dostępne dokładne odpowiedniki. O podobnych właściwościach dostępne są np.:
