Pomiędzy paracetamolem, feniraminą i witaminą C (Fervex) i winpocetyną (Cavinton Forte) nie wykazano istotnych interakcji mogących negatywnie wpływać na bezpieczeństwo i skuteczność ich stosowania. Nie ma przeciwwskazań do jednoczesnego stosowania wspomnianych leków.
