What should I do if I am afraid to take a dose of Helicid prescribed by my doctor?

The doctor prescribed me 2x daily Helicit forte after 40 mg. And in the leaflet writes that you can 20mg per day or in case of ulcers no more than 2x20 mg. I'm afraid to take such a large dose. What to do?

Helicid Forte to lek wydawany z przepisu lekarza. Ulotka jest dla lekarza tylko i wyłącznie podpowiedzią i nie musi on stosować się do jej zaleceń, jeśli uzna, że inne dawkowanie jest dla pacjenta bardziej pomocne, a zarazem bezpieczne. Jest to tzw. leczenie poza wskazaniami:
