Rzeczywiście jest to dość duże dawkowanie (4 tabletki = 40 mg dziennie).
Przeglądnęłam literaturę naukową i nigdzie nie znalazłam informacji o takim dawkowaniu. Najwięcej zaleca się dwie tabletki dziennie, ale to zawsze w ramach decyzji lekarza, w konkretnych przypadkach, a nie samodzielnej decyzji pacjenta.
Zachęcam do kontaktu w dniu jutrzejszym z lekarzem i wyjaśnienia sprawy.
