Hello, I finished Pylera therapy on October 23. During and after the therapy I felt very bad: nausea, loss of appetite and weight loss of 10 kg !
Now the good news: after almost 3 months the NW were gone!! And so does Helicobacter (antiigentest negative). So don't despair.

Wporządku pytam orientacyjnie. Bo to bardzo trudna terapia. I w moim przypadku bardzo dużo i trudne skutki uboczne. Niestety mało przyjemne dlatego pytam ilr mnie jeszcze będą męczyć bo schudłam na tej terapii ze wzgledu na wstręt do jedzenia i okropne mdłości.

Podejrzewam, że miał na myśli dokładnie to samo co ja, nie doszukiwałabym się drugiego dna - koniec kuracji = powolny spadek stężeń substancji czynnych leków w organizmie = ustępowanie skutków ubocznych.

Na pewno nie jest tak, że w momencie przyjęcia ostatniej pigułki wszystkie działania niepożądane ustępują, bowiem organizm potrzebuje czasu, aby wydalić lek z organizmu.

Ktoś inny napisał ze skutki uboczne leku spadają wraz z zakończeniem kuracji. Więc jak to wygląda?
