Controloc does not affect the way Letrox works, but it is advisable to keep an interval of about half an hour between these medicines and take Letrox one hour before breakfast and Controloc 30 minutes before breakfast.

According to the manufacturer of Letrox: "The absorption of levothyroxine may be impaired by the concomitant administration of aluminium antacids (antacids, sucralfate), iron-containing medicines and calcium-containing medicines. Letrox should be administered at least 2 hours prior to administration."
Controloc is an antacid, but it does not contain aluminium - it has a different mechanism of action. Hence, the risk of possible interaction is negligible.

As for Rybelsus - "This medicinal product should be taken on an empty stomach at any time of the day." Since Rybelsus may affect the effects of Letrox, it would be best to take it about 30 minutes before lunch. As far as possible, keeping an interval of approx. 5 hours between breakfast and lunch. If this is not possible, you can take this medicine in the morning with Letrox, but you should monitor your thyroid hormone levels regularly and your Letrox dose may need to be adjusted.

Encorton should be taken with food. Bupropion and fluoxetine - as prescribed by your doctor.
