In the treatment of iron deficiency and anaemia in children, the manufacturer recommends administering: 4-6 mg of iron/kg body weight per day, in 2-3 doses.
Your child should take 113 mg of iron per day (taking the upper limit of 6 mg of iron), which corresponds to 5.64 ml of the preparation. They should be administered in 2 doses of 2.8 ml of Innofer each.
