Is it worth combining different forms of magnesium, e.g. citrate in the morning and glycinate in the evening? However, is it better to stick to one magnesium? Or does it don't matter?

I don't think it's particularly relevant from a pharmacological point of view. Both magnesium compounds: glycinate and citrate are well absorbed. It is worth checking the content of magnesium ions in both preparations so that the total amount covers the demand for this element (i.e. an average of 300-400 mg per day - unless the doctor recommends otherwise).
