Ranofren and Lamilept can be used together if the medicines have been prescribed by a doctor who has been informed of all the preparations you are taking. According to currently available information, there are no significant interactions between the preparations. The effect of olanzapine (Ranofren) on lamotrigine (Lamilept) levels is negligible or negligible.
