Can I leave Ginoring on day 5 of the cycle?
Can I stop using ginoring after 5 days? The system slides out to such an extent that peeing simply floods it. I have enough discomfort and I am afraid of dysregulation of the cycle (gynecologist 31.07)

If there has been no intercourse in the last 7 days, you can remove the puck now. Then, within a few days, bleeding and regularity of cycles before using the disc should appear.
