Can Enterol be used with L-Glutamine and Debutir Forte?

Is it okay to use L-Glutamine, Debutiru Forte and include Enterol in it? I should use L-Glutamine and Debtir as recommended by the doctor longer after the anti-reflux treatment of the drug Enamera, which caused the symptoms of SIBO. For diarrhea / loose stools and I would like to return (I used earlier, a few months ago as a supportive treatment of reflux) to Enterol for 2-3 weeks.
