What if I have taken the contraceptive pill twice and I'm afraid I'll run out for another month?

Good morning, On the seventh day of taking the replacement of mycrogynen tablets, not being sure if I swallowed a tablet for that day I took a second one just in case, a few hours later. I'm pretty sure that the 7-day pill was taken, so I probably took two pills in one day. Should I now shorten the cycle of taking tablets (until the end of the package, i.e. 20 days) or choose one tablet from the spare leaf and take it on the 21st day?

You can speed up the 7-day break in taking the tablets, so that you do not run out of tablets from the new blister in the next month. You can also start taking tablets from a new blister right away - then skip the 7-day break and withdrawal bleeding will probably not occur (or only minor spotting).
