Such a combination is not advisable. Studies have shown that CBD and other plant cannabinoids can increase the effectiveness of drugs used to thin the blood or the use of which is associated with the risk of blood thinning. Therefore, it would be safer to stop using the oil for the duration of treatment with Eliquis.
