Can burning sensation when urinating and cheesy/cottage cheese discharge and mucus indicate an untreated infection?

Hello, I am struggling with vaginal mycosis, the doctor prescribed me macmirror 500 8 globules and lactogavin. I chose all of them, I feel better, but with morning urination I feel a burning sensation and the mucus is slightly cottage cheese, does it mean that the infection has not been cured?
