Clatra inhibits unpleasant allergic symptoms, namely redness of the skin, swelling of the mucous membranes of the throat, nose and excessive production of mucous secretions. Such symptoms are during allergic pharyngitis, and Clatra is an antihistamine otherwise antiallergic. However, Clatra is usually used in other indications, i.e. symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis (seasonal and year-round) and urticaria. As Clatra is only available with a prescription, it is up to your doctor to decide on its use and recommend the appropriate dosage. You should adapt to this and do not stop taking the drug yourself.
