Good morning, a 14.5 year old took in the morning and evening after a tablet of Sinupret Extract. The leaflet states that the application is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age due to the lack of sufficient research. Can something happen to him?

No, don't worry - nothing will happen. A more advisable option for children from 6 years of age is ordinary Sinupret, however, the dose of 2 tablets of Sinupret Extract did not exceed the recommended doses of active substances for a child of 14 years. In the case of treatment of acute or chronic sinus inflammation, it is also worth using nebulization, e.g. with the use of saline, hypertonic (e.g. Nebbu-Dose Hypertonic) or one with the addition of ectoine (m.in Nebu-Pulmo or Ectodose). These products can be purchased without a prescription, also online.
