Can I give Junior Cranberries twice a day?

Can a junior cranberry be given to an older child twice a day for cystitis from the cold? Unfortunately, one dose is written on the packaging, but I think that one dose a day will not help so quickly. The one dose that he writes on the packaging when is it best to give it to his daughter in the morning or in the evening?

Cranberry Junior is a preparation that only acts as an adjunct to cystitis. Dietary supplements are not intended to treat diseases, but only to supplement possible substances supporting the functioning of the urinary system, which can not be taken thanks to a balanced diet of the child. If there is a suspicion of cystitis, it is worth going to a pediatrician who will prescribe an antibiotic or chemotherapeutic agent. Please pay attention to whether the child is vomiting, has a fever or malaise. We do not exceed the recommended doses, because it will not increase the effectiveness of the preparation. Please serve the Junior Cranberries as directed on the leaflet.
