Hello. He uses miflonide 200g 2x a day. Due to chest pains and streaks on the lung that the X-ray showed, it was most likely covid in July 2022. I have been taking this drug for a week and for two days I feel worse, there are severe dizziness and headaches that, so to speak, impair motor functions. In addition, I feel a significant weakness. In June, I was diagnosed with postular orthostatic tachycardia syndrome also takes concor cor 1.25 and vivace 5mg at the moment. Help!

In this case, you should see the attending physician - if the condition, despite treatment, has worsened, you should urgently make an appointment to diagnose the problem.
