If these are the doctor's recommendations, the treatment can be ended overnight. There is no need to gradually reduce the dose of the drug. According to the manufacturer: "Treatment should be discontinued if the patient does not have a reduction in initial body weight of at least 5% after 12 weeks of use of Saxenda 3.0 mg daily."
