Which of the Valdoxan substitutes has the same composition of excipients?

Good morning. Which generic drug has the closest composition of additives to valdoxan? I am currently taking Symago and I have the impression that the drug has stopped working. Today I bought Agolek and I am afraid that the effect will be similar. I took Valdoxan for over a year. Thank you in advance for your reply.

I analyzed the composition of tablets of drugs Valdoxan, Symago and Agolek. The ingredients given by the manufacturers of the tablet shell and its core (interior) are the same. However, none of the manufacturers provides a quantitative composition, i.e. specific weights of the ingredients used. Differences in quantities may be small, but they may affect the release of substances, which in your opinion may give a feeling of ineffectiveness of treatment. The medicines you mentioned are each other's substitutes, so they must meet the relevant efficacy and safety criteria in order to be used interchangeably.
