Should I continue to use Fluomizin when I have bleeding or not?

Hi I have a question I use Fluomizin and two days later I went to the pool with chlorine. After some time, I noticed that I had a little blood. My question is as follows: Should I continue to use this product when I have bleeding or not?

Fluomizin is used to treat bacterial vaginosis. If you have an intimate infection and use vaginal medication, then swimming in the pool is not advisable. Chlorinated water is a factor irritating the mucous membrane of the intimate areas, in addition, the vagina is not "tightly closed" - harmful microorganisms can be a threat to other people using the pool, and if part of the vaginal drug flows out of the vagina during bathing, it can also pollute the water in the pool, and the treatment itself will be less effective. Slight spotting does not necessarily require discontinuation of therapy. However, in the case of menstruation, the drug would flow out with the blood, therefore, according to the documentation of the drug: "You should stop taking Fluomizin during a period of heavy menstrual bleeding, and then resume treatment." Unfortunately, I do not know what is the cause of the bleeding that you have observed in yourself - sometimes vaginal bleeding can be an adverse effect of Fluomizin.
