Can I take Clostilbegyt between the 5th and 9th day of the cycle instead of between the 3rd and the 7th?
Good morning,,the doctor prescribed me clostylbegyt for stimulation of ovulation and ordered to take the drug from the 3rd to the 7th day of the cycle. I'm currently on vacation, I got a month faster than I should and I don't have medicine with me. Are there any contraindications if I take the drug between the 5th and 9th day of the cycle?

Yes, taking the tablets 2 days later may cause that the ovarians will not be stimulated at the right time and the effect of the "treatment" will be reduced. You can, for example, start using Clostilbegyt in the next cycle or try to take the drug between the 5th-9th day of the cycle - however, as I mentioned, then the effect of the therapy may not be satisfactory.
