My doctor changed Polpril to Cardilopin. Should I take Cardilopin instead of Polpril the next day?

The doctor changed polpril 2.5 to cardilopin 2.5.I always took polpril in the morning. Should I just take cardilopin instead of Polpril the next day? Won't there be some adverse interaction between the residue in the body of the old and the new drug?

Yes, Cardilopin should be taken the next day instead of Polprilul to maintain continuity of antihypertensive therapy. The time after which half the dose of ramipril (the active substance of Polpril) remains in the body is about 17 hours. When replacing Polpril with Cardilopin, there should be no adverse interactions, these drugs are often used together.
