If I have an itchy rash at the injection site after Trulicity, should I discontinue the medicine?

Good morning, I'm just after the second injection of trulicity with a dose of 3 mg, And after a day after the injection there will be a red, very sweaty stain, what could be the cause of this? Discontinue the drug?

Good morning, I have been taking the drug for 2 months. A week ago I went from 1.5 to 3. After the first donor 3 there was a reaction. I took another dose and the reaction appeared again. I'm a little concerned about that.

Since the reaction is mild, the treatment can be continued - by giving another injection to a different place than that covered by the lesion. The reaction of the body should be observed, if the symptoms of hypersensitivity worsen - e.g. vomiting, fever, etc., you should urgently consult a doctor. The injection site can be lubricated with a soothing cream, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10265/bepanthen-sensiderm-krem/apteki if the lesion is very itchy, an over-the-counter steroid ointment can be used, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97167/maxicortan-krem/apteki According to the manufacturer: "Reactions at the injection site have been reported in 1.9% of patients receiving dulaglutide. Adverse events with a potential immunological basis in the form of injection site reactions (e.g. rash, erythema) were reported in 0.7% of patients. Usually these were mild symptoms." The observed side effect of the therapy should be reported to the doctor at the next visit.
