According to available sources, mild gastrointestinal disorders are a rare side effect of Cynarex. It should be known that if you have a known cholelithiasis, the use of Cynarex is possible only after consulting a doctor. As the occurrence of epigastric pain and loose stools is not a standard side effect of the drug, a medical consultation would be advisable to find the cause of the existing ailments. In addition, if the use of Cynarex was not ordered by your doctor, you should make sure that it is safe in your case. More information about Cynarex and cholelithiasis can be read in the articles linked below: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/20686/cynarex-tabletki/ulotka/12115 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-kamice-zolciowa
