Should I go back to a lower dose of Saxenda if you feel dizzy and have an increased heart rate?

Good morning, For 3 months I have been taking lex saxenda- weight loss -10kg, at a dose of 1.8. The doctor after the check-up said that I can take a dose of 2.4- and today the second day to increase the dose - I have dizziness, accelerated heart rate - has anyone had so? I do not know if not to return to the dose of 1.8

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, Saxenda may cause side effects such as dizziness and increased heart rate. It is worth noting that the severity of side effects depends on the current condition of the patient, individual characteristics and the size of the dose. In a situation where the previously mentioned side effects did not occur, their occurrence may be associated with an increased dose. Therefore, it would be appropriate to return to dose 1.8 and go to a medical consultation as soon as possible to report side effects. I have a question. I have been taking saxende for 3.5 months. She reduced the dose from 2 weeks. From 3.0 to 1.8. There were incredible nausea and heartburn problems. For 2 days I have a raging heart rate at rest reaches 165. Have you already discontinued the drug? Do you need to go to the emergency room?
