If the diabetologist wrote you this medicine after analyzing the test results, it means that this drug will be suitable and should not be harmful to your current state of health. Reduced creatinine levels are not a contraindication to the use of Jardiance. Jardiance is a drug in the form of film-coated tablets, used to treat diabetes. It contains empagliflozin, which inhibits the transport of glucose from the kidneys to the blood at the stage of glomerular filtration. Jardiance is used in adult patients with type 2 diabetes, which cannot be controlled by diet and exercise. I attach the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/38817/jardiance-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka
