I am after 12 infusions of Endoxan. I take Encorton daily at a dose of 7.5 mg. My doctor gave me Imuran 12.5 mg once a day. He suffers from renal failure in vasculitis disease. Please answer if there is a high risk of side effects after Imuran, I generally feel weak, lack of strength

In case of renal failure, the person using Imuran should be careful. It is necessary to adjust the dose of the drug accordingly - it may be necessary to reduce the dose of the drug (after consulting a doctor). Therefore, if you observe any disturbing symptoms during treatment, you should urgently consult a doctor. This drug can be used, however, you should strictly follow the dosage method agreed with your doctor. Although the risk of side effects is higher than in people with preserved kidney function - this does not mean that in your case you will experience any serious side effects.
