Can giving Equazen Eye Q stored outside the refrigerator after opening harm?

Good morning I realized that she stored Equazen syrup badly because I did not keep it in the refrigerator. I did not read the information. I gave the child two bottles, each of which on average 2/3 weeks was open. Could I have harmed the child by doing so? (Five-year-old) Best regards
