I have been taking biosotal for several years 2 times a day for 40 mg from several days ...

I have been taking biosotal for several years 2 times a day for 40 mg for several days I have very strong palpitations , light headache. I took half a tablet of biosotal and it calmed down after about 40 minutes I have Hashimoto's disease. Please advise what doses I should take and how long I have been using this medicine for 69 years.
