What should I do if I feel unwell and my suicidal thoughts come back?

I have prescribed Ketrel one tablet for a night of 25g. I know that I should follow the doctor's instructions but today I feel really bad and my suicidal thoughts come back and I just can't stand myself, would something happen if I took one earlier to calm down?

If you feel suicidal thoughts, you should immediately seek medical help. If you use Ketrel for depression, there may be exacerbations at the initial stage of treatment, as all antidepressants usually start working after two weeks, sometimes later. According to the Ketrel documentation: "If you ever have suicidal thoughts or thoughts of self-harm, contact your doctor or go to the hospital immediately. It may be helpful to inform relatives or friends about depression and ask them to read this leaflet. You can also ask these people to tell the patient if they see an increase in symptoms of depression or other disturbing changes in behavior:" https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/40080/ketrel-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/116277 Special telephone lines have been created for people going through a crisis, including those experiencing suicidal thoughts. You can look for help at the following phone numbers on the days and hours of their operation: Support Center 800 70 2222 Adult Helpline 116 123. Antidepressant Telephone Forum Against Depression: tel. 22 594 91 00 Helpful information can also be obtained on the www.liniawsparcia.pl and www.pokonackryzys.pl websites.
