Concomitant use of Aciprex and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. ketoprofen, ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, naproxen) increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Because Ketonal Active contains ketoprofen, its use should be limited if possible during treatment with Aciprex.
