Can people who have had a kidney transplant use Priligy?

Can Priligy negatively affect the transplanted kidney and will it be safe to use 30mg of this medicine? I take permanently the drugs Prograf and Cellcept, the kidney works without any complaints all the results in the norm.

If the transplanted kidney is working properly, the mere fact of kidney transplantation is not a contraindication to the use of Priligy. Adverse reactions to Priligy do not include renal impairment. However, due to the fact that the metabolism of the drug takes place m.in involving the kidneys, patients with mild or moderate renal impairment should be cautious, and in patients with severe disorders the use of the drug is contraindicated.
