What to use for intimate infection if Iladian Direct Plus vaginal tablets did not work?

Hello! I'm struggling with an intimate infection. Symptoms very bothersome, I used the whole pack of Iladian direct plus and the symptoms are still there, gynecologist only in 2 weeks, can I buy one more pack of globules, or how else can I alleviate the symptoms? Please help
