Can Nasivin Baby be used for 2 weeks?

Hello. The doctor recommended for a 9-month-old baby with purulent eyes for a long time nasal drops nasivin baby, 2x1 drop for 2 weeks. In addition to this, he also has eye drops for 2 weeks. Is it possible to use nasivin baby for so long? In the leaflet is 5-7days. Won't I harm my child by taking so long?
