How to take 40 mg Vicebrol Forte?

Hello For a year I have been using the drug vicebrol forte 3x1 for dizziness and tinnitus. There is an improvement, however, it is not yet as it should be and the doctor increased my dose now I had 30mg per day and recommended 40 mg per day and I do not know how to use it whether I have to take 4x1 or I can take 2x2 I'm afraid if these 20mg will not be too much at once. Please help What is the safe maximum dosage of this drug. He wants it to help me but he doesn't want to hurt himself.

The standard dose for vinpocetine (the active ingredient in Vicebrol Forte) is 1 tablet three times a day (30 mg/day). If the doctor decided that it should be more, then I suggest 4 x 1 tablet. There are no indications to take two tablets of 10 mg at a time. In addition, vinpocetine itself is kept in the blood for a short time (after 2-3 hours it is already half as much). The doses of the drug should then be distributed fairly evenly throughout the day. According to the information about the drug: "The therapeutic effect of the preparation begins after about a week, the maximum healing effect is achieved in three months, and the improvement in the patient's condition can be noted after 6-12 months of therapy." If you have doubts about the safety or the new way of taking the drug, it is best to contact the doctor who deals with your case directly. He has the most information to give you all the data you need. I enclose additional information: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-pozbyc-sie-szumow-usznych
