What to use on the wound under the knee?

Slit on the knee, in the evening I noticed only, the width of almost 3mm too late because I do something with sewing, I have been using silver spray for 2 days and I seal with a dressing, it hurts me and tears slightly, do you advise anything else?

For this type of wound, you can use an ointment with antibiotics, which accelerates healing, has an antibacterial effect (will prevent infections) and lubricating (it will not be so severe).
