Should I take Memotropil at all if it causes weight gain?
Hello! Recently, when I was visiting a neurologist, I got the drug memotropil 1200mg for dizziness and in the leaflet I read that m.in. can cause weight gain. I take steroid drugs for asthma and it turned out that I have hashimoto, where after steroid drugs I gained 20 kg, and here I get a drug that causes weight gain, should I take it at all? Weight gain is a possible side effect of Memotropil that may affect up to 1 in 10 people. This means that more than 90% of patients do not experience this effect. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict in advance who and what side effects will occur.
