How do I get a refund for Jardiance?

The prescription for JARDIANKA 10 mg issued by the drug poz is realized in the pharmacy at 100%. Does this doctor not have grounds to write the drug JARDIANCE at a discount ? I asked the diabetologist - because in the pose the doctor demanded a certificate from the diabetic pore that I use Jardiance and then in the pore of the doctor poz on this basis can write a prescription with a refund. Apparently, there is a regulation of Min.Health on payment. Please let me know on this. Elzbieta Ziętkiewicz
