How long after the end of pyrantelum do dead pinworms appear in the feces?
A month ago I took a second dose of pyrantelum with my daughter and she still finds dead individuals in the feces. In addition, we have no other symptoms whether it is normal how long it takes to excrete these parasites

Dead parasites are excreted with the feces usually up to about a week after the end of treatment. In the event that after a month from the 2nd dose, dead pinworms are still visible in the stool, it is worth going to the general practitioner, who will decide whether to perform a fecal examination in this case is justified.
