Is it normal that I don't have any bleeding with the Levosert insole?
Hello. On 27.10.2020 I was given a Levosert insert. Since then, I have had spotting for about 3 days. In October 2021, she had 3 days of bleeding but not abundant. In November 2021. Very poor spotting is even negligible. There was no spotting in December. Is this normal? Do I have to worry or maybe it's pregnant. I gave birth 3 times. No problems with the incident in the body. This is the first time I've put this insert on. Earlier it was usual.

The probability of pregnancy with a Levosert insole is minimal and the absence of menstrual bleeding does not necessarily mean that the woman is pregnant. In some women, menstrual bleeding may even not occur during the use of the system (such a side effect may occur in more than 1 in 10 women). In addition, the hormone contained in the Levosert system has an inhibiting effect on the monthly development of the endometrium, and one of the indications for the use of the drug (apart from contraception) is to limit excessive monthly bleeding. However, according to the documentation of the drug: "In the absence of menstrual bleeding for 6 weeks, a pregnancy test should be considered. If the result is negative, there is no need for another test unless there are other symptoms indicating pregnancy, e.g. nausea, fatigue and breast tenderness."
