Can I change the dosage of St. John's wort extract?
When drinking Intraktum St. John's wort extract, can I drink 3x a day for 6.5ml and not as it is in the leaflet 4x 5ml? I will keep a daily dose of 20ml.

As a rule, the recommendations contained in the leaflet should be followed. If for some reason you can not use the preparation 4x a day - please use according to the scheme proposed by you, taking care not to exceed the daily dose of 20ml.
